Once an order is processed, we will not be able to cancel or make any edits to an order. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at sales@primedrinkusa.com with your order number and they will be happy to check the status of your order.

If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your order, your package will be marked as “Returned to Sender”. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to reschedule a delivery date, or our Customer Service Team at sales@primedrinkusa.com for assistance.
